Crystal Crossing

The walls shimmer under the glistening light of your lantern like a myriad stars. Dazzling lights dart around the tunnels, in a flash of purple or red, of pink, or green, or blue... Reflected by the thousands of crystals chaotically protruding from the ground and walls, you watch your distorted reflection evolving through this kaleidoscopic world, like a weird, inverted yet eerily beautiful inversion of reality. You didn't feel that disoriented since the "cyclops incident". You close your eyes, desperately trying to find some semblance of visual peace... but the polychromatic lights still dance behind your eyelids. They may never leave you now...

Amethyst — Explore the geode in this variant in shades of lilac and mauve.
Emerald — Vibrant green and pale pink give a calming, almost enchanted vibe to the giant geode.
Ruby — Fiery red crystals set a more menacing mood.
Hellfire — Burning lava bubbles at the bottom of the cave pits. Mind your step, for a fall will surely be your end !
Webbed — Giant webs cover the dusty cave walls, crossing over the bottomless abyss. Where could their weaver be hiding ?
White Wyrm — The frozen ground makes the crossing slippery. Your torchlight reflects against the icy crystals. Watch out for the occupant of these caves : it doesn't look too favorably onto intruders.
