Wyrm's Maw

The snow-covered path slithers into the frozen gorge. The winds howl and whistle as they rush through the flags. At the very end of the narrow pass, the ground gives way to an impressive chasm. There, the cave leads to the darkened bowels of the mountains. Many speculated about the riches this pit could hold. Some spoke of a great white wyrm and its den, others of endless tunnels reaching into other dimensons. For years the dwarves tried to pierce the tunnels' secrets. In vain. Now the miners' songs stopped echoing through the valley for they have all vanished. The rickety scaffolding was left to rot in the snow and rain, abandoned and forgotten. As you stand near the precipice you wonder : what lays beneath the surface ?

Rickety Mines (Day/Night) — Precarious bridges and rickety wooden elevators run along the cliffside, above the abyss below. Explore the old mining installation at your own risk !
Giant Web (Day/Night) — Giant spiders, thousands of them, have moved in the old mine tunnels after the dwarves departure. You'll have to make your way through the tangle of webs to reach the bottom.
Crystal Mines (Day/Night) — Magical crystals glow faintly from the bottom of the cavern below. Their shimmer tempted more than one unfortunate miner whose bones are still down there.
Dragon's Pit (Day/Night) — The cold remains of an old dragon lay still in the lake below, out of grasp beneath their frozen mantle.
Eye of the Mountain (Day/Night) — The local villages always venerated the Mountain as an ancient, almost living being. Now that you are gazing into the abyss, and seeing it gaze back at you, you finally understand why.
Untouched (Day/Night) — The end of the frozen pass always resisted the dwarves and men alike in the region. Nobody could conquer it... until you ! What secrets are hidden beneath the snow ? or in the cavern below ?
