The Sieged Town Entrance

What does this area have to offer?

The Entrance to the city is made up of several sections to fit in with several scenes in which any adventuring party could face; from guards preventing your journey into the city, or a bunch of bandits trying to get a few coins as a toll. The map pack also has a twist though, with other maps having seen the ravages of a battle leading to the destruction of part of the bridge. The city now lays in fire after a siege. Was your party responsible for this siege?! Are you here now as the city's protectors or... are you here to pick through the crumbs like a vulture for your own personal gain?

To the south of the map, you enter the map through fields of crops that feed to the hungry citizens of the city to the north. To get to the city though, one must cross the bridge that reaches across a fast-flowing river. The city gates lay ahead to the north, the flags to the city blowing in the wind. Guards can greet your approach from above, or on the bridge before your party can venture further into the city beyond.
