Delicately harvested, by calloused hands, the leaves are sorted under Grandfather's wizened glare. After the leaves are dried and packed, the peace of the farm is broken when the merchants arrive and the haggling begins. Negotiated over cups of the finest matcha, the deals are sealed with a bow and a hanko mark.
