The storm is fierce, with strong winds blowing and snow falling in a thick white curtain. The landscape is a white desert, with few visible landmarks.
The storm is raging, raging across a vast expanse. The wind is blowing hard, blowing snow everywhere and making visibility difficult. The cold is intense, and ice covers every surface.
Among the snow are several igloos, built with skill and care, protecting those who take refuge in them from the wind and snow.
The floor is made of ice, a solid layer on top of the frozen water, and even so you can see how it is breaking and floating towards the sea.
The storm does not let up, and the ice is breaking more and more, agitated by the sea and the waves that hit hard against the ice, weakening the structure more and more.
The scene is terrifying with the danger of being caught in a storm, a weak ice sheet, and a cold sea waiting below.
