Idea for an adventure with these maps:
This bundle was created for an adventure in which our heroes will have to save the world. And that in the truest sense of the word, because the earth is sick. The world is facing an unfathomable catastrophe at the end of which all normal life will be extinguished and only a huge lump of flesh will float through space.
The first contact our heroes make with the flesh is in an harmless forest. They want to help the sacred tree of some pilgrims. It changed its color and instead of working miracles the pilgrims got sick. There is also a general rumor that sacred and magically charged places all around the country have recently been affected by weakness.
When our heroes reach this tree, they will witness how the holy place is transformed into one of twisted and deadly life. Wood becomes meat and flesh creatures, former pilgrims and forest creatures, attack our heroes.
A search for clues begins on the hunt for the source of the disaster. Meanwhile, mountains of meat are breaking out of the ground in more and more places. For example in a wooded area. And a whole river becomes blood and meat fish rise out of it to kill our heroes.
During the adventure, our heroes also feel that the something that caused this catastrophe has become aware of them. They are being hunted and even trapped with a mimic house. They end up in pits that fill with blood and everything will be done to stop our heroes.
When our heroes finally manage to reach the source of evil, a real mountain of meat awaits them there. And it grows rapidly,! Behind them the forest is swallowed up.
Inside the mountain there is a last big dungeon and in the central room our heroes find the originator of this flesh apocalysis. Whatever lies in wait for them (meat dragon!), it will be their greatest challenge yet!
