What's in the Cellar? is a one-shot scenario included in the Gateways to Terror collection for the Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition roleplaying game. It is ideal for beginning and experienced players and Keepers alike. Originally, What's in the Cellar? was designed as a demonstration game to give a taste of the game's core motifs—mystery, investigation, and horror—for those with limited time. The scenario can be played in as little as one hour but can be expanded for slightly longer play, and comes with four ready-made investigators so you can jump right into the action! What's in the Cellar? includes hints and tips for Keepers new and old, suggestions for additional investigators for larger groups, and a summary of the key rules needed to play.
What's in the Cellar? - Did a respected businessman really commit the bloody murder of his beloved wife in the cellar of the family's ancestral holiday cabin? While the body has never been found, it seems like the criminal has been caught. Is a terrible injustice about to be served? Just what happened in that cellar?

Quick Guide

Accessing your content
Module

To create a new game based off of the modules, click on the Start New Game option from the site menu. The column on the right hand side of the page is titled Optional: Choose a Module. Underneath this are thumbnail tiles for all the various Roll20 modules that are available. For the ones you have purchased, mousing over the thumbnail will make a check mark icon appear over the thumbnail tile. Clicking on the tile will select this module to be used as the base for this new game.

Which Character Sheet should I use?

All Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition licensed content on Roll20 uses the Call of Cthulhu by Roll20 sheet.
