Do you ever wish you just had a little something to send to your players new to Forbidden Lands? Something that summarizes the things they need to know to play but not so detailed they don't read any of it? The Forbidden Lands Player's Quickstart is the answer!

This document is designed as a quick primer that GMs can share with new players (or new players can obtain for themselves) before their first session. Players who read through this before their first session should have general knowledge of how the game and basic mechanics work. Some mechanics (such as Artifacts and Strongholds) are not detailed in this document and should be covered by the GM when appropriate.

This is not a replacement for the Forbidden Lands Core Game, which is required to play.

This is also a handy reference that can be referred to during play.
