A One-Shot Adventure for 1st Level Characters

While on his way home last night, the village baker heard a child calling out for help from a long-dry well at the edge of town. Acting quickly, the baker managed to rouse some neighbors to help lower him down into the gloomy dark of the old well to rescue what he thought was a child in trouble.

That was the last anyone saw or heard from the baker.

Can your players venture into the gloom and discover what happened to the baker?

The Whispering Well is a one-shot adventure for 1st-level characters. It takes about 3-4 hours to complete and includes:

• Cultists in search of a strange necromantic artifact
• A long forgotten shrine located under the village graveyard
• A great, hand-drawn map
• Pre-Configured Dynamic Lightning
• All NPC tokens placed on the map
• Linked journal entries for each area of the map complete with descriptive text, enemies, and suggested checks

About this Adventure

This adventure is part of my Drop-In Delves series. It is designed to be an easy-to-run, one session quest that you can drop-in to your existing campaign or serve as a great, minimal prep one-shots.
