The Wrathbound have claimed a blood-soaked ritual site where executions never truly stopped. Chains rattle, pits fill, and the Blood Baptism grinds forward without pause. This is not a forgotten ruin or a dormant cult. The ritual is active. Blood is already flowing, and Othrys’s presence grows stronger with every moment of delay.

As the characters descend into the Crimson Pit, they move through spaces shaped by repeated violence and enforced belief. Torture chambers feed blood channels, cult logistics keep the ritual alive, and every confrontation risks accelerating what the party came to stop. The deeper they go, the less room there is for hesitation.

At the heart of the site waits Othrys, a fallen saint sustained by wrath alone. The final confrontation is not just a battle, but a race against a ritual already in motion. Whether the party disrupts the Blood Baptism or allows it to reach its peak will define what remains when the fighting ends.

Adventure Description

Othrys, Fallen Saint of Wrath is a compact, high-pressure Saints of Ruin adventure built around escalation, ritual disruption, and consequence-driven play. Designed for 1 to 2 sessions, it features a forward-pressure descent through an active cult site, a visible ritual countdown that alters the environment and final confrontation, and a climactic multi-phase fight shaped by player decisions.

This release emphasizes momentum over exploration, hard choices over safe outcomes, and lasting consequences recorded beyond the adventure itself.
