Choreographer's Lament is a Fifth Edition adventure for three to six characters of 2nd to 4th level, optimized for a party of four 3rd-level characters. After being tasked with investigating a disappearance, the party soon discovers a pocket dimension ruled by frog-like fey creatures known as tuffywogs who’ve organized themselves as the Croaking Court. These dance-obsessed amphibians have abducted an innocent passerby as a cry for help—hoping that pursuing adventurers can be conscripted to help in eliminating a spreading corruption of the dimension that the tuffywogs cannot cleanse themselves. Can the party uncover the source of the corruption, heal the wounded spirit at its heart, and secure for themselves safe passage home? This adventure takes place in Cartosia, but can be easily adapted for any campaign that features a fey-focused plane or equivalent.
