A mage who once shipwrecked in Sailor’s Demise returns, looking for an item he lost on that fateful day… and the dead are not done with him yet.
The Retrieval is a 5th Edition D&D adventure that sees the players accompany a mage named Lon into the cursed depths of Sailor’s Demise. Ghosts of pirate lords, swarms of the undead, and a magical pendant bound by wild arcane forces stand between him and his past.
A Mage by the name of Lon hires the players to help him look for a pendant he lost in Sailor’s Demise more than twenty years ago. To retrieve it, however, the players will have to face the various undead that roam the area.
The situation becomes even worse upon the players’ arrival - two renowned pirate captains recently perished while fighting each other, their ships and crew dying with them. They all ended up in Sailor’s Demise, whereupon they rose to undeath and resumed their fight anew.
This adventure can be adapted to your own campaign, played as a one-shot, or be part of the Starlight Chronicles setting that connects everything made by Kelfecil's Tales.
