Central station - Made for the big city with helipads, large amounts of workspaces, indoor shooting range, large archives, room for enough departments to create internal conflict within, and some rooms, no one can just simply enter. (there are rumors of Department 7 influences within)
Roadblock- simple small roadblock for quick encounter.
Will you meet a good cop or bad cop? You can experience both in one of the many interrogation chambers, spend the night at “free” room. Or plan the biggest and bestest heist in the world planing to steal some files from archives.
