Hidden within the perilous Vuexl Rainforest lies the ancient Lost Temple of Lazaar, an ancient step pyramid devoted to the God of the Sun. For centuries, the temple has been the prison of the sinister devil Malfesius, trapped within radiant light by the lizardfolk who once guarded against his malevolence. However, as time eroded their vigilance, Malfesius’s deceitful whispers seeped into their hearts, twisting their minds. Under the leadership of Lazaar, a warrior seduced by the devil’s promises, the lizardfolk now engage in violent raids and dark sacrifices, each offering fueling Malfesius's insidious strength.
In this enthralling adventure, explorers must venture through the dense jungle to the Lost Temple, uncover the fate of the lizardfolk, thwart a devil’s rise to power, and decide the destiny of an entire region as you ascend to the top of the ziggurat, where every step may be etched either in divine light or desecrated in the shadows.
This adventure is part of the Seventh Moon Adventures series, set in the captivating World of Celia, and can be easily adapted into other campaign settings.
