Green Thumb, Black Heart is an adventure for four to six PL 10 heroes. It can be adjusted for smaller teams or lower-PL heroes by decreasing the number or power level of the opponents the heroes encounter. While the adventure begins in Freedom City and includes an iconic Freedom City villain as its prime antagonist, it can easily be set anywhere on Earth Prime or in your own setting with your own plant-power villain or botanical mad scientist.
