The Frozen Curse is a thrilling Fifth Edition adventure optimised for three to six characters of 5th level. Full of monsters, frozen zombies, ancient curses and epic fights!
Hanging bodies, trails of blood, ancient curses and maniacal laughters meet in this One-shot ! Dragons, there’s also dragons. This adventure will introduce your players to frozen environments and twisted minds. Looking for an excursion in your Frostmaiden adventure, or perhaps something different to entertain and cool your players down ? It's the perfect adventure for that !
You are mercenaries, adventurers that traverse the frozen wastes of the northern part of the continent in order to make a living, working for food, money and fame. Now, you are to go to the village of Iih (If you're playing an officially published 5e adventure that takes place in the frozen north, you can use this town instead of one of the ten cities, or add it as a secret 11th town). People missing, trails of blood leading to a place where no one seems to know or is willing to enter. The villager elder wants you to help them and stop this phenomenon.
This Adventure will take them in the frozen tundras north of the world, it is campaign agnostic, but fits nicely in Icewind dale as an extra 11th town to explore. It contains new unique monsters, such as frozen zombies (not quite white walkers), an evil Ice Hag and a unique frostbite mechanic to reflect the effect of the frozen environment.
