The maps in this pack offers have a visual theme of 'a digital computer schematic', often used in sci-fi/cyberpunk video games for presenting maps and area layouts. The Battle Terrains: Modern City series is aimed at enabling GMs to create battle and encounter maps for games set in a modern/sci-fi settings. Those include everything like a Cyberpunk/Shadowrun sprawling city settings, World Of Darkness Vampire/Mage clan wars, superhero fights, zombie apocalypse survival and even giant mecha vs kaiju brawling. Maps are large 50x50 square landscapes that facilitate longer range gun-based combat typical of the more modern settings. Maps in this part of the series are blue tinted and slightly posterized to give them a distinct 'looking through a computer screen' look.
